Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

Whenever possible, we like to look at the job requirements and then provide a quote for how much the job will cost. We prefer doing it that way because then you, the customer, know what you’re agreeing to in advance. However, in some situations with significant unknowns, the cost will be based on a pre-established hourly rate plus the cost of materials.

Do you provide 24/7 emergency service?

We cannot offer emergency after-hours service because we are a one-electrician operation.

Are you insured?

Yes. The state of Idaho requires electrical contractors to maintain a minimum of $300,000 of liability insurance.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are licensed with the state of Idaho. Our electrical contractor license number is 9671756. Jacob’s master electrician license number is 1271955.

What are your service areas?

In addition to Hayden, we provide service to Athol, Coeur d’Alene, Dalton Gardens, Garwood, Post Falls, and Rathdrum.
